Watch crystals and gasket

FTM manufactures watch crystals and gaskets in a wide range of materials, including sapphire, mineral glass, K1 glass, colored mineral glass, and plastic. Our production covers both standard and custom specifications for watch brands and component buyers.

We produce watch crystals and gaskets in sizes ranging from 2.5 mm up to 250 mm. Sapphire, mineral, and plastic options are all supported. Sapphire crystals can be manufactured with thicknesses as thin as 0.2 mm, allowing for slim and refined watch designs. Plastic watch crystals can also be fitted with tension rings in multiple color options.

Our manufacturing process supports flat, curved, and shaped watch crystals for different case designs and technical requirements.

Mineral watch glass can be enhanced with several surface and finishing treatments, including:

• Anti-reflective coating for improved clarity
• Metallization for decorative or functional use
• Silk screen printing for scales, logos, and markings
• Laser engraving for detailed designs
• Diamond layer coating for improved surface hardness
